This 37-year-old patient presented to Dr. Jed Horowitz in Newport Beach following two pregnancies with concerns of breast volume loss, skin laxity, and abdominal weakness.
She underwent a customized mommy makeover that included a periareolar breast lift with augmentation using Sientra smooth round high profile silicone implants (315cc bilaterally), placed beneath the muscle to restore shape and fullness. In addition, a standard abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with hernia repair was performed to address abdominal laxity and improve core contour.
Her results demonstrate restored breast volume, a flatter and more toned abdomen, and an overall more balanced, natural silhouette.
