Dr. Horowitz received his medical degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine and completed his surgical internship at Boston University. He went on to complete his general surgery residency at Emory University School of Medicine, followed by specialized training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Virginia.
He further advanced his expertise through fellowship training in Craniofacial and Maxillofacial Surgery, providing a strong foundation in both aesthetic and reconstructive techniques.
