This 37-year-old patient presented to Dr. Jed Horowitz in Newport Beach following a prior breast augmentation performed elsewhere, with concerns related to implant malposition and asymmetry. She developed a “double bubble” deformity on the left side due to implant displacement.
Dr. Horowitz performed a comprehensive breast revision, including bilateral capsulectomies, implant exchange, and placement of GalaFLEX® mesh on the left side to provide additional support and improve implant positioning. Sientra moderate profile plus silicone implants (305cc bilaterally) were used to restore balance and achieve a more natural contour.
Her results demonstrate improved symmetry, enhanced support, and a refined, natural appearance.
